All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.
Only authorized orders will be processed.
Purchased items will be shipped out within 2 workings days upon receiving your order.
Order after 2pm for the day will be considered as the next working day order.
We offer delivery for our customer within the same City.

Purchased item will be delivered within 3 working days depending on our delivery schedule.
Our delivery rates are charged as per Location & Weight.
We do not accept urgent delivery.
Below 30KG-- Free of Charge
Above 30KG-- RM30/trip
Johor Bahru, Gelang Patah, Iskandar Puteri:
Below 30kg-- RM20
Above 30kg-- RM38
Kulai & Masai:
Below 30KG-- RM35
Above 30KG-- RM55
We use JNT Express as our standard shipping courier.
Shipping usually takes between 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and 7 to 14 working days for East Malaysia.
Tracking number will be updated in the form of email or status update in the website (if applicable)
In the case of shortage of stocks that cause delay in the shipment, customers will be notified by email or phone call.
8kg and below: RM13
9kg and above: Top-up RM1.50/kg
20kg and above: Top-up RM2/kg

- Original product is required.
- All defective or return product(s) are to be returned in its original condition with box.
- We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request if the return product is not in its original condition.
- If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid.
- Shipping charges that were paid during the initial order is not eligible for any refund.
- We will not be responsible if the return product gets lost in transit.
- We recommend that you opt for a trackable mode of shipping to return the product back to us.
- All return shipping charges are to be paid by customers.
- We do not accept any returns if you purchased our products from a third party.
For Exchange request due to size/model/colour, please do a return and any difference in price will be refunded to Customer.
Customers are required to top up the difference if the price of the item(s) to be exchanged is higher.
All shipping charges incurred will be borne by the customers.

A notification email will be sent to you within 3 working days with an update of your request.
The email will state our mailing details and your return should reach us within 10 working days.
Any returns that do not meet the stipulated time frame will be denied.
